We engaged Futurestore in late 2016 to create a new website for our growing specialist publishing business, Claritax Books. Most of our dealings have been with Lawrence. We considered three web developers before choosing Futurestore, but opted for them as being the right fit for our business. Price was certainly one important consideration, but we were also looking for an ongoing relationship where we could speak directly with people who knew what they were talking about, and who would work alongside our growing business. The website I had in mind was nothing compared to the masterpiece Lawrence and Patric managed to build and design. Being my first website I was quite clueless but they kept me well informed and were very quick to respond when I had any questions or queries. Future store helped grow our eCommerce business for which we will be forever grateful. We compete in a complex sector and Lawrence and Patric were able to adapt the Future Store platform in a way that I doubt any other competing platform could or would. They both work tirelessly to provide a service which works for you and is incredibly competitively priced. Future Store is ideal for the growing eCommerce company, they understand the online ordering and fulfilment process. We have two websites on their platform with different capabilities and of different ages. Both are built with modern web standards and mobile browsing is especially capable. It is the customer support which has always worked well for us. The Future Store platform is perhaps not suited to very large catalogues/stock numbers, but if you are selling small to medium sized, consider Future Store.

Futurestore created an e-commerce website for us. Patric and Lawrence were lovely to work with. The web design is great - the colour scheme is lovely and the website really stands out from our competitors. The functionlity is very good too. It easy to navigate, select a product and pay. They even put in a VAT refund option for products that can be sold exempt from VAT. The control panel is easy to use - products can be uploaded and edited easily and so can the descriptions. I can honestly say that having a website designed by Futurestore was a hassle free experience. Patric designed my site whilst Lawrence was always there on hand to deal with any issues I had right there and then. There is no waiting days for an problem to be resolved, it's done straight away whilst you wait on the phone. Initially I didn't have a clue how to upload images etc but Lawrence talked me through step by step, totally taking the pressure off. To start with I seemed to be on the phone daily, but wasn;t made to feel a nuisance at all. I can definately say these guys will support you all the way. If you are considering designing a website, give these guys a call. As they offer a 5 star service.
